1. What are the countries and cities NECESSARY is available in?

We are currently shipping only PAN India.

2. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an automated email with your AWB and updates on the email address provided. You can also enter the AWB on the shipping company's website and track the status.

3. How long does it take for my product to reach me?

Your product will be delivered between 7-10 business days.

4. Where are NECESSARY products sold?

All NECESSARY products are currently exclusively available only on our website.

5. What are the acceptable methods of payment?

All forms of online payment and cash on delivery are accepted as a form of payment.  

6. ​​My package got sent back to the sender, what do I do?

If the address you provided is incomplete, or if your package was damaged during transport, the package may be automatically returned to us. In this case, please contact us at info@necessaryindia.com, sharing your full address if necessary, so that we can send you a new package as soon as possible.

7. In what order do I apply my skincare?

Every skin is different. However, it is necessary to establish a fixed routine which will have to be personalized according to the skin concerns of each one. We recommend waking up your skin gently every morning using a non-abrasive cleanser. Then apply rose water and hydrate using a balanced moisturizer and a vitamin c serum. Remember to apply a suitable sunscreen to finish your morning routine.

At the end of the day, double cleanse your skin without attacking it, then apply your specific skincare products, and always finish with the products with the oiliest texture to regenerate your skin.

8. My skin is very sensitive, do I use your products?

Our formulas have no side-effects. Our products have been dermatologist tested and approved for all skin types including sensitive skin; however, all skin reacts differently. Our products feature natural, cold-pressed oils, butter, plant extracts and botanical complexes and we use natural preservatives that may include essential oils. We suggest that you always test any product on a small area first prior to use. If you experience an adverse reaction to any of our products, please discontinue use. 

9. Do you test your products on animals?

None of our products are tested on animals, in accordance with the law in force in India.

10. Are you vegan?

All our products are vegan, that is to say, that none of our treatments contain any cosmetic ingredient or active ingredient of animal origin.

11. Can I use NECESSARY products while pregnant?

Our products are formulated with natural, organic and ECOCERT certified ingredients and are free of parabens, phthalates, mineral oil, silicone, pegs, sulfates and artificial colorants. Our face and body care products have been dermatologist tested and are good for all skin types including sensitive. If you are pregnant or nursing and have concerns, please consult your physician on the use of any product and for questions related to skin allergies that may arise during pregnancy.

12. What is your stance on recycled products?

We strive to use sustainable, recycled, and biodegradable materials whenever possible. Our boxes are made from FSC-certified paper, which has been sourced in an environmentally-friendly and socially-responsible manner. Both our primary and secondary packaging can be recycled and we have partnered with a warehouse that joins us in our sustainability efforts and uses eco-friendly mailers and packaging materials.
